#1 Endurance Supplement - Mimics the Effects of High Altitude Training - Increases Lung Capacity and Oxygen Efficiency, 60 Tablets

So I purchased this product with a bit of skepticism based on the claims, but figured I'd give it a shot anyways, as distance running is not something I've ever been good at. I can say without a doubt that this product WORKS! I'm on day number 11 of taking it, and I went from being winded after doing 15 second wind sprints with a two minute recovery, to now being able to do 60 second ones with the same recovery time. Also very apparent is the complete lack of coughing/weezing after 30 minutes of the mentioned workout. I was amazed at how quickly I was able to carry a normal conversation/be able to laugh really hard at something without having a coughing fit. I did no prep workouts prior to the sprints either. I simply took the product everyday as instructed, then on day 9, did the sprints to see if there was any noticeable difference. There definitely was, and I highly recommend this for those of you looking to have better cardio performance.

Not only does the product not work. I started taking it 10 days in advance of a high elevation trip...or at least tried to. Had to stop taking it. It made me feel worse than the altitude sickness. So on top of the dizziness, headache and queasiness caused by the altitude; you'll have a terrible metallic taste in your mouth, indigestion/nausea. Believe the reviews about the awful smell and lingering taste...awful. I'd give it a zero star rating if possible. Total waste of money

I guess this supplement works differently one person to another. I found that it worked 2 weeks or so later. It did give me an extra boost but its no magic pill.

I waited to give my results due to my first 100 mile run finish. I felt strong all the way through the distance, no muscle fatigue or excessive cardiac output. My only negative about this product is the high price. A lot of potential customers may never get a chance to try this product due to the expense.

At first I did not think this product was doing anything. I ran a half marathon within the first month of starting it, and I did not have a good race. I was also concerned that the pills had oxidized within 2 weeks of opening the bottle and were giving off a strong sulfuric odor. I ordered a new bottle and persevered. I have now been using Altitude boost for 3 months, and I felt fantastic during my last half marathon; I took 3 minutes off of my time and recovered very quickly. Granted, I trained harder for this half, so it may not have all been due to Altitude Boost, but I am not getting any younger and I will take all the help that I can get! I am continuing to take Altitude Boost as I am running a full marathon in a few weeks. Obviously a supplement will not replace hard work but it does appear to be a decent ergogenic aid. I wish it had "Informed Choice" designation. It does say on the bottle that it is drug free and all ingredients are in compliance with WADA, UCI,IOC and NCAA, but for all the competitive athletes out there who may be drug tested, remember that anything that you put in your body is your responsibility, so be aware. I would also advise not to take these on an empty stomach. I have had severe epigastric pain when doing this, so much so that I though I might have gallstones before I figured out it was the Altitude Boost. I never have this problem if I take them after eating.

It was not well advertised so TAKE WITH FOOD. I felt very ill after taking this 15 minutes before I ate my breakfast. Looks like a few of the ingredients have side effects of nausea without food. Also looking into the different components VANADIUM is reported unsafe when used in large amounts for a long time. Since it doesn’t say how much of this is actually in the product, I am unsure of how to feel about taking it. Take your chances, hard work always pays off over anything anyway.

I wish to high recommen Altitude boost. I have tried the product & is very effectivr & goes beyond expectations. You will need to be patient & results will come & once you have done so will be happy with the results. Since my first order, I have ordered two more bottles & just ordered three more bottles because of my firsthand exoerience & also, to take care of a discount. The packaging is great to protect the product. I very highly recommend the Seller & look forward to a very, very longtime commit as Altitude Boost will do what it advertises & even more. Beware this product--mine went bad and stunk about the time the bottle was half gone. Since you only have 30 days to return the product in a complicated transaction, and it was more than 30 days, I'm just out all the money I spent. I could feel some small positive effects after I started the supplement, but it went bad before I could have sustained use for a full evaluation. Believe me, you don't want to smell anything that smells like this product when it goes bad. Short form: you're risking your money.
