Has a bit of a learning curve but worked great. Did it fo the first time and it's leak proof and makes the work so easy. Make sure to use the right uncoupling mortar. I added the membrane on drywall. Shower drains flawless. Perfectly engineered design for DIY

Although I have installed several showers over the years, the shower pan has always been pre-made. This is the first time that I used product where I had to tile install the pan. This system worked extremely well was easy to install. The indent at the drain is slightly steep requiring careful setting of tiles. Pan drains well and was easy to level. The wall system was very easy to install. I am very pleased with this product.

This kit is easy to use, it comes with everything you need for you shower floor. It is easy to cut to the size you need. It's a DYI can use to improve your bathroom.

I Originally had stated that the item was false advertised and was missing products. However, I did not read the sticker that said all drain accessories are inside. Amazing product, amazing customer service, an amazing price for the Schlueter products

Be aware that some items that should be included in your order have actually made it in the box. I opened the large box and discovered that the Kerdi waterproofing corners weren't there. I called Schluter directly (perhaps thinking they would back their product) who referred me back to Amazon. I spoke directly with a customer service representative who stated the only option was to return entire box for refund. Because it comes from 'third-party vendor' there was nothing else they could do. I am in a crunch to get my remodel done and paying over $500 without getting all components is disappointing.

Everything came packaged nicely, and nothing was damaged and this is cheaper than anything I can purchase locally.

This product is great. My only complaint is that the package I ordered included the strainer and flex seal which I did not receive. Make sure you get what you are ordering.

Good consistent quality. Easy to install.. have had a few kits installed for a couple of years now and no problems.
