A crowd pleaser!
So easy to prepare, wonderful flavor, incredibly well packaged. Will now be a staple in my kitchen. I added sautéed onion, salt and pepper. I brought this dish to a potluck party amd everything raved, even a friend born and raised in India.

Heaven in a jar !
Whoever created this simmer sauce deserves a Nobel prize for cooking , if ever there was such a thing. Seriously. For those like me who are foodies and rank Indian cuisine at the top , you will love it. I cooked mine be with chicken and made a veggie version for my veg friends. I also added raw cashews at the start of the meat frying step. TIP: do not skip the included spike pack. It has methi powder ( fenugreek) which brings it to a whole new level. Taste wise it’s hard to believe it came in a jar as it tastes home made ( and as good or better than restaurant)! I also tried the kerala sauce and tikka masala. All five stars ! Added bonus: kosher, organic. ❤️

Will stay clear from it moving foward
The texture was grainy, the color turned to a unappetizing brown after mixing in the spice cap contents. I found it uneatable after trying a couple bites. Would not recommend.

No where else to report this - one jar was broken and the contents spread throughout the rest of the package. I would like to be refunded for one broken jar. Thank you!!
