PBN - Premium Body Nutrition Micellar Casein 2kg Strawberry

Wasn't sure what to expect from this brand and I must say I'm pleasantly surprised. It mixes well , smooth consistency with no real clumps. The taste is good not overly sweet and perfect last thing for that slow releasing protein during the night. For the price and amount of servings you get, it's bloody worth it

I trialled casein 6 months or so ago and have kept using it since then. I'm not sure if I see any noticeable difference in terms of muscle growth/maintenance, however I do find that taking casein before bed prevents me getting hungry during the night. This alone makes it worth it to me. Many other protein powders have become prohibitively expensive over the last 12-18 months, so I have been switching brands a lot. Having found PBN I have found my new go-to though. Their flavours are great - not too overpowering or sickly - and the powder mixes fairly well. The powder is finer than many, which means it does clump more, but if you mix it well and leave it to stand for 5 minutes it's fine. The price point is fantastic, and it's not a low quality protein mix like many cheaper powders.

Had a chocolate one from bulk and boy was that messy. It was so sticky and would get everywhere, mixed well tho and tasted great. This on the other other hand, bit grainy but not complaining. Great taste (strawberry) and reminds of strawberry nesquik powder. Mixes well, only shook for 10 seconds but minimal clumps..I wouldn't even call it clumps, more of specks towards the end of the drink. Great product and will definitely buy again. Highly recommend !

Strawberry flavour - Yummy! Great support for gains, first whey protein that does not make me bloated (I have only been able to use vegan proteins so far). Price x content x quantity score: 10/10 Recommend!

Not the best one I've tasted, can taste that chemically protein blend unfortunately. Did find that it mixed very well, even with a metal mesh ball in my shaker.

I agree with another one of the Reviews, it's a lottery what you're going to get. My first few purchases of this were completely different from the last 2 tubs received. The first purchases were a thinner mix and a tastier mix. Extremely tasty actually. The last two tubs have been chalky, extremely thick and much less tasty. It also doesn't mix as well in a shaker. I don't understand this. How can the product be so different. I've still given it 4 stars as it's great value, but please can we have some consistency in the product. By that I mean this thin, enjoyable mix.

So, i normally use whey - i have tried many brands but these days i find Whey is either very expensive, or full of sweetners, or theyre horrible to mix up in a shaker on-the-go and have lumps (some shakes are comparable to drinking a dirty pint on a night out!@!) So i took a punt, £24 per 2kg tub. Never heard of caesein before, nor this brand so after googling it and readimg reviews, it seems to be a slower acting protien. So, i went for it.... now this has become my bedtime recovery shake and i no longer wake up in the morning feeling hungry so its definitely a longer active protien. The taste and texture is literally comparable to mixing up angel delight and drinking it without whisking uo to a mousse- 2 small scoops fills my entire 700ml shaker with thick shake and mixes really well in a hand shaker considering its consistency. I am so impressed, i initally chose 'subscribe and save' to cancel it for the 15% discount on offer. I have decided to keep the subscription and this will become a regular purchase from me every 3 months, so long as the quality doesn't change. Tidy.

Tastes good and if whisked doesn't have that gritty texture. Price is also very good.

Mit Wasser vermischt ist es nicht zu süß und schäumt auch nicht auf. Alles in Allem günstig und lecker. Erdbeer 2kg.

Erdbeergeschmack auf voller Linie,ich habe meinen Favoriten gefunden.

Zum Aktionspreis gekauftes Casein. Toller Geschmack, löst sich hervorragend auf. Nährstoffangaben für Casein zutreffend.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist ok

Verklumt ständig beim Shaken. Sehr schade!
