Well made and met airport carry-on requirements
We were travelling to Japan on AirCanada, and we were in a panic about the size of carry on luggage. Everything we read cautioned us that the airlines were super-strict about size limits, and we were unsure about measurements of everything we looked at. A shout out to Travel blogger Aly Smalls who recommended this as the perfect size and actually posted a video that showed her at various airline gates placing the suitcase in the sample frame. We ordered two, and we were very pleased. It was extremely durable and lightweight. It was possible to pack a LOT into the luggage. There were many helpful pockets and a place for external water bottles and a laptop if need be. We were able to roll it behind or beside us easily. I would highly recommend it.

Liked it so much we ordered a second!
This is my second purchase of this model of bag in carry on size (glad it comes in multiple colors!). My oldest kid took the first one to college and all over during study abroad and other trips. It's really lightweight and fits so much in the interior. Nice balance of rigid and flexible. Zippers are sturdy. Had no trouble rolling it around multiple countries and states. Fit in the overhead for every airline she's tried in the US, Europe, and Oceania. Based on her firsthand user review, I didn't hesitate to come straight here and order one of my own! My only regret is that her blue bag is really a beautiful, eye-catching color. I didn't want black, navy, or pink so I ended up with a tan-gray-khaki that looks even more blah in person. But at least it will stand out on the luggage claim conveyor.

High quality and beautiful
Itโs very roomy, has sturdy zippers, rolls well, and itโs super-light. I just got it and inspected it. I intend to get a whole set of this to match. High quality luggage.

Lightweight and roomy
Really impressed with this carry-on. Itโs lightweight, roomy, and fits carry-on size requirements well, including for airlines like Turkish Airlines. It rolls very smoothly, the handle glides easily, and the wheels feel durable enough to handle frequent travel. The built-in lock is also a nice added feature for extra convenience and security. The only downside is the price, but the quality and features make it feel worth it overall.

So far so good
I just got this suitcase - the 19 in max lite 5, and itโs packed for an upcoming trip. Itโs very lightweight and rolls smoothly on its 4 wheels. I looked for info on how to change the 3-digit numeric lock on the side, and found NO info on how to do so within the Q&A here or within any enclosed documents. I googled it and found the answer. For those of you who have this suitcase with the locking mechanism on the right side of the bag (when the front of the suitcase is facing you), it should have arrived with the 2 zipper lock-loops placed into the locking mechanism and the bag thereby locked - thatโs how mine came. I noticed the 3 digits all said 0-0-0 but I couldnโt pull out the 2 zipper lock loops. What you have to do is (while the numbers are still set to 0-0-0), push up on the black raised lever below the numbered combo - itโs the part that says TSA007 and has the silver circular key lock for tsa to use in the center. When you push up on the black lever piece, the 2 lock-loops for the 2nzipper pieces should pop out. To change the combo from 0-0-0: While the lock-loops are out and the combo is at 0-0-0, use a small pointy device (I used the tip of a ball point pen) to press in the small button directly ABOVE the top 0 of the 0-0-0. The tiny button will stay pressed in when you remove your pen. Say you want to set it to 9-8-7. Decide whether you want the 1st digit 9 at the bottom (closest to the tsa circular lock) or at the top (closest to the reset button). Set each of the 3 numbers to the new code, with the numbers centered directly below the reset button. (Maybe take a picture of your new code at this point!) Now push up on the black tsa lock lever below your combo number - the reset button should pop out and your new number has been set. Try changing one of the numbers slightly, and then push the tsa lever - it shouldnโt move because you donโt have the right code. Now change the number back so you have your new code centered. The black tsa lever should slide up right up to the bottom of the lowest number in the combo - your lock is open. Now try putting the 2 zippered lock loops into their slots of the lock. They will go in regardless of whether you have the correct combo code showing or a different code. If you have a different code showing, youโll have to move the dial to the correct code before the black TSA lever will slide upโฆ Sometimes I noticed that even when I have the correct code showing and push up the lever, the 2 zippered lock loops donโt automatically pop out. Sometimes they doโฆ If they donโt, while you have the black TSA lever pushed up (holding it up with your thumb), reach over with your other fingers and gently lift the ends of the zipper lock-loops up and theyโll release. I hope this helps those who have the side locks present on their suitcase who, like me, were wondering how to change the combo code! Note: the process should be the same for those having 4 numbers on their suitcase lockโฆ

Light traveling for seniors
I ordered Travelpro Maxlite 5 Softside Carry-on Spinner 21 inch as a recommendation for an 80 year old woman traveling lite. I check in my bag and do not do carry on. It seemed lighter than my husbandโs Samsonite 21 inch and met my packing needs for our recent trip. Love the color and total quality.

Great looking, durable and holds more than I expected
Five star product in every way though I do wish there was an extra compartment inside or that the net area was split into two separate areas like some luggage. The size is perfect for international flight. I do not want to check luggage and airlines have been cracking down on size. Since using this I'm much more confident and don't have to hide it behind me when the airline staff starts scoping out people's luggage for last minute checking. The color is awesome (slate green) and it looks great after several overseas trips with a lot of different packing and unpacking. The size is smaller than my last, which was about an inch and a half larger, but this holds just as much. One thing I like - despite the shorter size, the bottom is closer to the ground than my last few, so the interior space is pretty much equal.

I would rate this 3.5 stars after completing 2 RT flights
25โ Maxlite 5 The positive; Sturdy, lots of room, doesnโt tip over if packed correctly. Con; does not roll well at all on carpet, gets stuck on cracks, breaks or spaces in concrete and thresholds. Review; I purchased this for checked luggage for air travel for work, when traveling for a full week at a time. I have used this luggage now for two round trip trips and to be honest I wish I wouldโve purchased the Platinum Elite now in hopes of it rolling better on all surfaces, not for sturdiness or quality just for rolling. Sturdiness and quality are great so far. The quality of the actual luggage is very nice. I like the inside top zipper compartment and inside side zipper compartment. If it wasnโt for the issues with mobility I would give it 5 stars. After two RT checked flights it still looks new. The weight for each flight checked in was at 41bs and 44lbs. The luggage is built to handle 50lbs, I would hope, but will not roll on carpet with this weight listed it has to be pushed! I did have my computer bag propped on top of the luggage when transporting. When I say pushed I mean pushed straight on pushed on carpet to get to my room! Huge, gigantic fail for me!! When rolling between shuttles to airport or car rental the least snag in the concrete would stop it, I was so aggravated by the second trip I would return it if I could for the Platinum elite in hopes of it performing better on carpet, walkways and blacktop. When I travel for work I like to push/glide my luggage along side me, not this luggage unless you are on smooth tile or similar flat surface. I understand some cracks will stop any luggage but it is a constant struggle even walking inside to the hotel from the concrete outside crossing the threshold of the building it gets stuck. I wish it could be exchanged after I used it for travel because letโs be honest you donโt know until you actually use it in real life circumstances. If I was a man with more muscle this may not be an issue but for me it is. I should not have to struggle to get from point A to point B unless on a smooth surface. Would I recommend this luggage to my Mom, sister, friend or coworkers? The answer is absolutely not!

Great travel Bag
I travel most weeks on business and have used many different travel bags. After my last one broke I went for something a little more expensive, and must say that this is by far the best bag I have used from all perspectives, size, capacity, ease of manoeuvrability. Fully recommended.

Misleading product title and description. Says "2pc Set". Was only 1 item
Misleading product title and description. Says "2pc Set". Was only 1 item. So price is misleading as value for 2pc. When it's just retail for 1 pc

Great quality
Haven't used it yet but I did a test pack when I received it and from that it holds a good amount. Perfectly adequate for a short trip in winter or longer in summer with less bulky items. Very nice colour and great quality zips/materials. Obviously can't speak to durability but there's no obvious issues with materials, seams or hardware. The wheels are super smooth, even on carpet. Very pleased.

Light with big capacity
Very good product can br filled ith many stuff , the only problem is stability if you fill the outer pocket the bag keeps falling , also the rolls are weak and can move smoothly in flat surfaces but in carpet it is difficult to move
