I'm rehab'ing a knee replacement and this was perfect for lying on my stomach and doing Prone Leg Lifts and a straight leg raise with an ankle weight! With the Velcro strap, I am able to increase the weight by adding dumbbell(s).

Excellent weights you use on ankles or wrists. Adjusts to fit. Easy to attach and comfortable to wear on ankle or wrist. Functionality is great with the soft sand packs to add/remove for the desired weight resistance you need. It has no odoriferous odors. GREAT VALUE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

It’s a good product. I like it. I bought it because the weight can be adjusted, but the little weight bags are difficult to get in and out of their pouches. It’s not impossible, but because of the degree of difficulty, I’m less likely to adjust them and instead of using it in different capacities I just use it for exercises where I can use it with the maximum weight possible

These are very comfortable. Easy to get in and off. Fit well. For me, a great weight for how I exercise. Thankfully, the weight as is works. Because, it is nearly impossible to remove the individual sand inserts. I'm assuming you can, I gave up fearing I'd ruin them anyway.

I am 65 yo and used this product to improve my muscle strength and found this product useful as the 5 bags can be removed and added as needed. I started low with just 2 bags and felt comfortable before I added more gradually. I am quite thin but this product can still fit well for ankle and arm and not feel loose or movement during exercise. This product may be designed for youth but I found this product also works well for elder. One more to mention, no need to worry sand leakages, although removing the bag needs some effort.
