What does it taste like?

it reminded me of nettle tea. Unusual taste and difficult to say but it is lovely after the first mouthful. Very refreshing.

I don't think so. At least, the packaging doesn't say it's organic.

Is it safe to use if a lot of the packets are open?

Hi, We are extremely sorry to hear a lot of the packets are open. Please contact us through our website and we will resolve this for you immediately. Sorry for the inconvenience. Thanks, NutraTea
