Vero Banda Fuego Mix Assorted Chili Lollipops, Artificially Flavored, Net Wt. 21.86 Ounces, 40 Count Bag

We purchased these for a project we did with our kids. Due to covid and us doing distance learning, which they hate very much we decided to think of some fun projects to do. This project we had each of our 3 school age kids pick a Mexican holiday, tradition or sport to do a poster and power point on. Once they were all three finished they presented to all of us and we all tried Mexican candy and cooked and ate Mexican dinner. These suckers were great. I lived in EL Paso TX for a few years, so I’ve ate Mexican candy straight from Mexico. The suckers in this bag taste just like they did back then. This bag has the perfect assortment flavor. We all tried each flavor and picked our favorites. This bag is something we are purchasing more of because we all enjoyed them so much. My 17 month old daughter loves them as well (of course we don’t let her eat them often or even a while sucker) this bag added a great touch to the fun project. We had no issues with any suckers no wrapped, none were melted and the bag had the correct quantity of each flavor. This is the only bag of Mexican candy we have ordered so I can’t say if they are better than other brands or packs

I LOVE these. My favorite are the watermelon ones because the spice is sprinkled throughout the lollipop and not just coated in it. All of the flavors are delicious and fruity. The spice level isn’t bad at all and has a great flavor. I’ve been eating these lollipops since I was a kid and they have the same taste.

The pineapple and mango ones I felt were perfect! Mango seem to have a taste of chili through out the whole sucker and the pineapple left after the chili was sweet. Those I felt were amazing. When I was younger I was given some some these as a gift and they were wonderful! That being said I guess I remembered them to be more chili flavored. The red and green one didn’t really have the pow that chili can give and the taste of the bowl flavored one really didn’t sit well with me. Something off about the taste that even though it said what the flavor was, I couldn’t catch it. Both the bowl and watermelon flavored ones I felt could have had a lot more chili. All in all… worth the money lol

These are so good. They have a sweet and spicy flavor. You get more than enough in this bag for the price.
