I'm an instrumentation technician so I know quality equipment when I see it. This microderm abrasion machine is excellent quality and works wonderfully! It has amazing vacuum pressure. I started by using it once a week on my face and now use it on my arms to remove dry skin from exema and my thighs to reduce the appearance of my stretch marks. It's a wonderful machine and I'm super happy with it! It arrived quickly and was packaged in a manner that prevented damage during shipping. I looked home machines up and this one rated in the top four out of six. If rate it #1 though. I haven't used the other's, but they are too compact in size to have a vacuum pump as efficient as this Zeny Pro.

Great product and very affordable. Easy to use if you understand how a microdermabrasion machine works. One star off for lack of information/instruction. But still a great product. Nice tip set and great motor so far. I've had it for 3 months now.

So happy with the purchase of the microdermabrasion machine! What I love about it is dramatic professional results from the convenience of your home without a huge price tag. I have actually paid more for in office microdermabrasion then I paid for this product to have and use in my home. The downfall is it don't come with great instructions on how to use it. You can google it and get a multitude of instruction however this machine was made for the professional so a professional would have already had instruction on how to use the machine. Keeping that in mind, very worth every penny.

Bought this one few weeks ago and I just returned it because the pressure is not that great, too weak and the wand after I tried it for the very first time and for few minutes the wand immediately turned to dark gray, this is just a waste of money and time. I worked at a clinic and we have been giving treatments and selling skin care products but this brand is not a good one I thought it will be a great brand for myself but it's just not great. I am planning to purchase a better one and more expensive one hat will give me a good result and a better pressure.

I have only used the machine twice. The instructions included are really not worth the paper they are written on. I suppose Zeny is the same as Nova?? I received the Nova, nothing stating anything about Zeny. If the instructions for using this product were step by step and maybe the diamond head crystals explained more on which one to use on what area, I might be more pleased. I am still trying to figure out the back bottle where the tube goes into, I guess that is what it would be referred to, not sure what purpose it serves. I will however use it more and then give a true rating. I read the reviews before I purchased this machine and they were all really good, I hope with future uses I will not be disappointed. So for now I rate it at a 2.

After 20+ years of going to my lady for microdermabrasion every 2 months, I took a chance and invested in the Zeny machine. This machine is EXCELLENT and has adequate suction. Just like going to the spa, but now I have paid for the machine already in the few months I have had it instead of dishing out $100s+++ for someone else to do it for me. This is the machine to get ladies if you are already familiar with microdermabrasion and if you are not....go softly and PLEASE WATCH A VIDEO on how to PROPERLY go over your skin on your face. You will not be disappointed with this one. This machine has ample wands and diamond heads, along with filters and gaskets for the wands. You can always order more if needed.

This machine looks very professional. I used it today and I like it. It sucks real well. But, there is a problem. I don't read instructions, period. I am of the opinion that the company should hire a professional interpreter who understands Chinese and English to write a better manual. I am too buzy now to read all the questions and answers but I would like to know the purpose of the little glass jar in the back of the machine. I ask beause, page 5 of manual reads: PROCEDURE: 1. steaming 2. microdermabrasion treatment 3. washing face cream clean skin 4. face mask for whiten and water 5. essence. Steaming? does the machine provide steaming....maybe through the glass little jar in the back...

I'm pretty sure I have already written a review for this item. It was purchased at the request of my daughter who is a licensed esthetician (so?). She has said it is well made and works perfectly.
