I recently took this with me on a trip and could not believe the great flavor this little pour over provided. I also bought the Hario filters that were recommended for it to make sure they fit. It provides a really smooth flavored cup of coffee. Highly recommend.

The V60 is a classic for a reason. The design is simple, easy to use, and very easy to clean. I also have the single-cup version, and this Size 02 is great when making a bit more at once. The clear plastic version obviously doesn’t have the same heat retention as the glass or ceramic models, but for everyday use it performs exactly as it should. I often use it for cold brew or lighter brews where heat retention isn’t critical, and it works perfectly.

After using the Hario V60 a couple of times, I was downright impressed on not only how the coffee dripper looked and felt good. It also brewed a great pot of pour-over coffee when used with the right coffee filter and the right coffee grind. Perfect for long weekends, or when your daily automatic drip coffee maker breaks down in the worst possible timing. Just make sure you have a box of 60-degree coffee filters handy in the cupboard. And take your time to practice your pour-over techniques.
