Sensitive skin friendly
This is the only product my skin loves. its gentle and hydrating. its not sticky.I like that its fragrance free, fragrance gives me headaches. I have very sensitive skin and doctor only recommended Vanicream

This stuff works! Use a tiny amount as it goes a long way. Very nice texture, no greasy feeling, no horrible odor that reminds you of old lady perfume. Buy with confidence!

I love it
Even though it is very thick it is light at the same time , my skin absorbs it very well. I have very dry skin and it’s only been a week and my face is brighter! , good size for the price .

It doesn't irritate my skin and fragrance free
I like everything about this cream. The most important thing is that it is fragrance-free and has no side effects. I have dry and sensitive skin. And I really love this company.I use the products of Vanicream a lot.

Great moisturizer just don’t like how it feels and looks on my skin
This is a solid, no fuss, fragrance-free moisturizer that works well on my sensitive acne-prone skin and it is the only moisturizer that has kept my forehead rash relatively clear (likely seborrheic dermatitis). The only downside is that I don’t really like how it feels and looks on my skin. It’s as if it just sits on top of it and creates a greasy sheen. This can be countered with a dusting of powder but it just doesn’t look or feel very good otherwise. I wish the formula was a little thinner but the Vanicream lite lotion doesn’t work for me (makes my face burn).
