A little tangy but easy to chew for a great magnesium supplement. Helps with sleep and muscle relaxation/recovery. Trace is our favorite for mineral supplementation. Perfect if swallowing large pills is difficult for you.

I ordered this product to help with sleep and muscle recovery. I hate taking pills, so I always look for gummies or chewable. When I saw this one, I had to give it a try. I'm happy to say, the taste is great, so it's easy to keep up with taking them regularly. Still a little early to say exactly how well it works, but I do feel like it's helped somewhat with my sleep.

WHY DID YOU CHANGE THE FLAVOR??? I used to love these chewables and I have taken them for years. Now they changed the flavor and are awful :(

We use this product every night for at least a year and we love it. We subscribe to this product, but this last time we received it opened already. Not sure how this happened, hopefully it never happens again.

I prefer chewables in supplements when available because they are easier on my stomach. I was using another brand before, but they suddenly stopped making the chewable. Then for awhile I was using a gummy, but now that I’m on Keto and paying close attention to carb content, those little gummies had 5 carbs! And that’s a lot when your total allotment for the day is only 20 carbs. I was happy to find this brand, a little apprehensive at first because I previously used only glycinate due to it being easier on the gut, and this one also contains citrate which can cause gastrointestinal issues, but luckily I haven’t experienced any problems.

I tried these after looking for a magnesium formula with all three magnesium formats. The flavor is pleasing, and the tablets are a good size and not too large for an adult. I do feel that I am receiving benefits for muscle recovery following exercise, sleep, and mood.

I am a physician. I took a risk - and this trial validated ALL of my concerns about supplements. #1 - this product does not actually list WHICH magnesium components it contains. # 2 - It contains a “special blend” of trace minerals which Trace does not disclose the components of. Are you kidding me?! So patients have no clue what they are actually taking, what risk this may have interaction with other things they may take, what impact it may have on renal and liver function…insane. #3 - Trace Minerals NO LONGER MAKES THIS. So who the hell IS making this, and what are they putting in it?! #4 - The taste is tart and terrible and it seems that recent reviews report that their product has changed. Once again - who is making this and what’s in it? # 4 - Definitely felt the effect of it quickly when taken. But given the above - I don’t know what actual dose I am taking, or if it’s some compounding company that is actually putting lord knows what into it to have an instant therapeutic effect that has nothing to do with magnesium at all. Wary and frustrated. I hate that we have to be this skeptical as consumers in the USA of supplements.
