Product description ------------------- This kit will fit the Honda CBR 900RR models between 1992 and 1999 The Dzus supplied with this kit are Pozi (Star/Crosshead) Head Dzus bolts. This kit features high quality Stainless Steel pan head bolts with a head diameter of 13.5mm (m5) and 14mm (m6) plus some shouldered bolts with an 18mm head diameter. These bolts are Stainless Steel which are better than standard zinc plated bolts as they won't rust and have a shine that lasts for years. These are not Honda bolts, they are bolts we have had made from Stainless Steel to replace/upgrade the standard Honda bolts. They have a similar head shape, thread diameter and thread length dimensions to the standard bolts so will look like original bolts but remain rust-free for a lot longer. Different sized bolts are packaged separately in groups to make it easy for you to replace each standard bolt with the corresponding Stainless Steel bolt from Speedy Fasteners. This kit has the necessary quantity of shouldered bolts to match the original bolts. These are required to correctly space your bolt head from the fairing to prevent pinching or over-tightening of the fairing. These shoulders are part of the bolt not a separate collar. This kit will replace all the external fairing bolts and fixings securing the: * Upper Fairing / Cowl * Upper Infill Panels * Windshield / Screen * Mirrors * Belly Pan / Lower Fairing * Rear Fairing (excludes luggage strap bolts) Included in this 115 piece kit are: * 12 Dzus Fasteners * 12 Dzus Slide Clips * 12 Dzus Retaining Washers * 25 Stainless Steel Bolts * 37 Nylon Washers * 6 Well Nuts * 8 Plastic Screw Rivets * 3 Spring Clips Legal Discler ---------------- Buyer is responsible for the correct fitting of the fairing kit parts and tightening bolts to the correct torque.
