LOVE THIS
I ordered the Kelly green in a 3x, because I wanted to make sure it would fit (can always make things smaller; can't always make things bigger). Soft, slightly stretchy, light material; lays and flows nicely, BEAUTIFULLY stitched and designed. The FIT is amazing! I'm size 18, 38-40DD with broad shoulders, and have always had issues with clothing, especially dresses (as in, if it fits thru bust/back/shoulders, the bottom is like a tent). The lacing on the back allows for snugging up the waist under the breast, helping to accentuate/accommodate curves and give an hourglass effect. I'm gonna make the call at "true-to-size", especially due to the elastic panel and lacing on the back of the bodice. It's short-waisted, but then, so am I, so that's OK with me...almost gives an empire waist effect, which works with the full skirt. The belt is a nice satin piece that's removable, so you can wear it with/without or choose something else. Personally, I am planning to use the belt to widen the straps at shoulders, and to bring the halter down to the back like regular/bra-type straps. Being so large chested with spine issues, I can't tolerate anything hanging on my neck (like he weight of large breasts lol); I also absolutely hate strapless undergarments, so I improvise! I will definitely be able to wear a demi bra and open bust body shaper underneath for amazing effect once the straps are adjusted. As I'm only 5'2", it falls past my knee, upper to mid-calf, which I'm perfectly fine with. I ordered a crinoline/petticoat to try under it to see if that will enhance an hourglass shape or not ;) I can't rave enough about this dress, tho. It fits like a dreams, feels wonderful on, looks like a much thicker/heavier material (deceptively light, which is a great thing for those of us who are always warm ;) ), the color is gorgeous, and the piece is beautifully made. Doesn't look "costume-y" at all, either. It simply looks like a lovely little cocktail dress. I plan on wearing it at a formal event with a black lace bolero. Love it, ladies!! It'd be perfect for any retro/50's/rockabilly/swing type costume...or even for a special evening out.

So cute and fits perfectly!
I love this dress! It’s very cute and the fit is amazing. I recommend sizing down one size for the perfect silhouette. It’s officially my new favorite, and my husband loved the look on me. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a flattering, stylish piece!

Perfect summer dress.
I love this dress. Ok let's start with some size information, as that is always highly important and useful. I am 5 feet 0 inches. 165 pounds, 36" chest, and even bigger in the butt, so i am chunky, and curvy. I read other reviews and decided to get the Large. In my opinion, this is a perfect fit for me, because it's snug, and molds all my curves, and believe me, there are curves that need hugged. So let me just say this. When i tried it on, my husband saw me in this dress, and literally stripped it off me, and romantically tackled me to the floor, for a session of afternoon delight, as it was his day off. So it's a worthwhile investment, no? Unless you don't want your husband doing that, as it can be rather annoying having them underfoot around the house. Get back to work, husband! The fabric feels like cotton, that has an element of stretch to it, (maybe a touch of lycra in there) which is great, that's why it fits so nice and snugly. On the back, at the top, there is elasticasted shirring, which has some nice lace up ribbon over the top, but that's just decorative, and doesn't serve any purpose, than to sit and look pretty. The satin belt, lace up ribbon at the back, and satin halter are a nice touch, but i have a lovely wide elasticated belt i plan to wear with mine. There is also a concealed zipper running down the side. The quality is really good for the price, and i will order other patterns later. I bought the white, with cherries on this occasion, and it's gonna be my go-to summer dress. I did order the flouncy, bushy petticoat, but it looks stupid on me, quite frankly, as i am just too plump. It makes me look even fatter, so i'm fine with wearing my dress without the added flounce. I have this really annoying sticking-out booty (a medical condition called hyperlordosis) and it always makes skirts shorter at the back, and it was more pronounced with the bushy petticoats, so i'll hang it up till i'm skinny. I don't know tha i looked very retro, pinup in it, as I had hoped, but i didn't have make-up, or heels on, when i tried it on, and i dare say if i was gonna go the whole hog, and do the hair, make up etc, i could achieve success. But the dress itself is awesome, and i thoroughly recommend it, though you should read reviews, as it helps with sizing

Darling dress, good fit, decent quality and a great price
Overall, I’m very pleased. Fabric seems nice quality and is the accurate color and look of what I saw advertised. It fits very nicely (I ordered size small, I’m 5’6” and weigh about 115). Didn’t notice the zipper ‘till after I took the dress off, but the fabric stretches a bit, allowing me to pull it on and off. It looks nice when worn over the petticoat that I ordered (different seller). Ribbons are nice quality fabric. The waist ribbon looks a bit thin when tied in a bow. I ordered this dress as a gift for my daughter for her birthday, it was delivered in totally clear, see-through packaging…I have never before received an Amazon package in totally clear packaging. My daughter saw it clearly on the front porch, which was disappointing to me. I sure hope my daughter likes it! (If not, then I’ll wear it!). Definitely would buy again and recommend.

Honest take
Literally the 🤍CUTEST🤍 and most 🖤GORGEOUS🖤 dress I have ever ordered, I LOVE it. Definitely recommend it if you are looking for a cutesy and vintage styled dress. Though I would recommend you order one size larger because it is a bit snug but other than that it was perfect.

Don't use the zipper!
The dress is beautiful. I bought it to use for a queen of hearts costume for a murder/mystery party I was attending and it would've been absolutely perfect. The red fabric is a cotton-type, not thick but not sheer. It did wrinkle very easily. The ribbon is satin-y and lovely. I'm normally a 14/16 so I ordered to 2XL as the size chart indicated and because I figured it'd run a bit small. It fit just fine, and the back has a stretchy panel so it has some flexibility. I tried the dress on twice before the day I planned to use it, once to make sure it fit and the second time because the socks I'd bought for my costume came in and I wanted to be sure they worked with it. Both times I put it on by pulling it over my head and it fit comfortably, not loose but not particularly tight. On the day of the party I unzipped it to put it on since my hair and makeup were already done, and when my husband went to zip it up the zipper made it all of 1.5 inches before it broke. It was still in the flared out portion before the dress even tapered in! The zipper is one of those annoying, hard to zip "hidden zippers" on the side that so many dresses have, and upon closer inspection we realized that it was plastic - not metal. We fiddled with it but there was no fixing it, we were able to get the thing unzipped and then tried to zip it up again and the zipped up portion would no longer stay together. The moral of the story is I think you could make the dress work, but you should only do so if you are able to slip the dress over your head. I cannot recommend you use the zipper under any circumstances as I don't really think it'd hold up to wear, even if you were able to get it zipped and unzipped a few times.

LOVE IT TO DEATH! Here are some quick and easy tips for you!
Ok ladies, Here are some pointers for this dress: 1) the dress is indeed a very thin silk material but I can wear my black lacey bra and it will not show. This material is pretty resilient so don't worry about tearing. However, I am going to hand wash this lovely dress because of how fragile the material feels. 2) This dress is remarkably COMFORTABLE!! Even though is felt kinda tight (I am 5ft 4in, 42 DD, round tummy, 225 pounds, and the tightest it was landed in the breast area and highest on my waist. I ordered a 2x and the 3x will definitely be too big. I'm just busty cursed which is why this dress felt tight.) This dress was definitely not uncomfortably tight. When I first put it on, I was SUPER afraid it would tear because it feels so thin and dainty but they used some nice silk making this dress because after you sit down, you definitely realize that this is NOT a problem at all in this dress. 3) How to put it on: this is going to sound silly but lace the back as loose as possible, then don't unzip it. Put it on over your head braless. Once it's around your waist, put your bra on, and then pull the dress up over your breasts. Then, to take it off, simply unzip. It's quick, easy, and effortless. I can put this dress on in less then a minute even with it feeling tight. So that's all I have ladies. I love the ribbon, the color, the feel and the sash, plus I'm trying to shed like 20 pounds anyways. But I love this dress.

Perfect!!
Fits great! Got the medium. Weigh 142lb, 37in bust, 27in waist. 34C. 5’6”, goes just past my knees. Size chart wise I was a medium for the bust but a small for my waist. Based on other reviews, was torn between small and medium but the medium is great with the adjustable back. Have a large bone structure w wide ribs so it works well for me, No gapping of material or weird puckers. Can breathe easy. Not wearing a bra in photo, but it provides decent support for my not very substantial chest but cause no bra feels weird, I’ll probably wear a strapless bra with it. Kinda wish the torso was a little longer as I’d love to wear it a bit higher /closer to my arm pits but then the waist doesn’t sit at the right spot. My existing petticoat is a little short so I plan to order the one they make that goes with the dress for $13. . I’m fairly sure I’ll be back to get different colors too! Feels like great quality, zipper is so-so but it’s a $25ish dress, no complaints. I must have lucked out cause straight from package, barely wrinkled. Update: so my hubby ended up getting me the black and white one too! And the black petticoat by the company which is so much better than my old one. Doubling the tie around the waist (around once, cross it and around again) is great for keeping the tie from sliding all over. Left barely enough to tie but it worked. Petticoat sticks out just a tiny bit which is what I wanted. A little snug with a padded strapless but makes my boobs look better/bigger lol but I’ve now worn it both ways. Totally in love with these dresses!! Need more excuses to wear them! Wish I didn’t have armpit fat but that’s not the fault of the dress by any means- makes me a little more inclined to wear a shrug with it. The black dress is pictured with the $13 petticoat.
