Pretty much already assembled. Very heavy and will need muscle power to place. Some settings do not make much of a difference and seem a little off working properly. There are settings that help with getting out of bed for a handicap person that works well. Very sturdy and would recommend. However would be nice to be able to choose what settings you want to pay for as with other providers of these bed frames. Still value for this size not bad.

Does exactly what we needed. Comfortable quiet and now we can enjoy watching TV or reading in bed with all the extra pillows

two of my massage motors are making noises where I can't use them. contacted company on here. told me to go to website. did that. contacted thou website. Johnny contacted me ask me to upload videos and i did. he said he never got them. so, I sent them again. tried contacting again, no response from him. tried calling and no answer on the # of the website or voice mail. So you buy one forget any warranty service. Just keep this in mind. ghenry

I hate this mattress! I was first interested because it says extra plush. The mattress feels firm to me. I am trying to return the item. I am going through a freight company now. You are responsible for the return. So depending on how much it will cost, I am sending it back. The adjustable base was delivered fully together. All you have to do is put the legs on and plug it up. The base is very HEAVY! It took about 4 people to bring it in the house. The base is nice. I HATE THE MATTRESS! I wanted a soft mattress. This is on the firm side.
